Domestic Shipping 

Typically for pool products ship within 1-3 days business days from the time the order was placed. You can expect most orders to arrive in 5-7 business days from the point of order, or sooner. Large items may take more time to prepare & ship. Most in stock items going to Florida addresses will normally be delivered in 1-3 days, unless there is a product delay. 

While some products come directly from our stock and ship almost quickly, other products may not be available on demand and have a lead time before we can ship it, just check the products shipping info to be sure. 

Items of large value will require signature for delivery. Please make sure you plan that into your schedule so your order is not undeliverable or returned to us. In the event the item is returned to us please contact us for possible solutions, like reshipping (at extra cost) or partial refund if possible. Fees and exclusions do apply, you ultimately are responsible for receiving the shipment once it has left our facility. 

 

Back-Ordered and Non-Domestic Pool Products

Some products can go on back order and we have to wait for manufacturers to ship more to us. And also select manufacturers we work with are overseas. Shipping and turnover time can take a couple weeks to arrive here in the US. in which case, it may take up to 10-20 days for us to ship to you.

 

Returns 

Returns are not allowed for most items, but depending on the situation and product we may make exceptions. However, items must be unopened/unused in all original packaging in order to be accepted for possible return, restocking fees may apply. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order, we will try our very best to make it right. 😎

 

You are responsible for receiving the package once we ship out the item. Non deliverable packages, lost/stolen, or packages returned back to us because of non signature or other reasons making the package undeliverable, please contact us to find a solution.
