Pool Service Disclaimer

• Service Limitations: Our pool service packages include specific tasks as outlined in the service agreement. Any additional tasks or services outside the scope of the package may incur extra charges. We are not held responsible for stains or damage to the pool, deck, driveway, etc. We are not held liable for damages done to anything we perform service on or near. We always do our best to never cause any issues or break anything, we’re hyperaware, and have a clean history of no major mishaps.
• Chemical Usage: Chemicals used for pool maintenance are high-quality, industry-standard chemicals to maintain water quality and safety. If chemical usage is higher than usual or there is a leak in the pool, additional costs may apply. We will not service pools if the customer wants to add their own chemicals. We strictly use high quality, pro grade chemicals, unlike what most homeowners have access to, which usually causes more issues and contain toxic additives. 
• Weather Conditions: Pool services may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, services may be rescheduled to ensure the safety and proper maintenance of your pool.
• Customer Responsibilities:
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the pool area, including trimming vegetation, securing pets, children, and providing access to the pool. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
  • Customers must maintain the water level of the pool. In the event the skimmer runs dry, it can damage equipment and pipes. We are not held accountable for such damage; it is solely your responsibility to keep a good water level at all times.
  • If you will be away for extended periods, please inform us so we can shut off the skimmer to prevent damage if the water drops low. 
  • Please notify us of any issues like algae, cloudiness, black dots, or other issues with your pool immediately so we can be proactive. If you have your deck/screen pressure washed, please let us know. Messy pools from pressure washing or other work being done will incur an extra charge.
  • If there is any kind of work being done at home/around the pool, please inform us so we can schedule around it.
• Equipment Maintenance: Our services do not cover the repair or replacement of pool equipment. Installs/replacement parts are billed separately. We are not responsible for broken parts/equipment, and or damage done, especially over time, as things age and become more fragile to work with and are apt to break. We will not replace parts if purchased from other places not through us, if you purchase products elsewhere, you will need to replace or install it yourself.
• We are also an e-commerce/retail pool store, so we sell most everything for pools ranging from pumps, salt systems, replacement parts, and more. If it is not on our website just ask and we may have it in stock still, or can easily order through our wholesale distributors. By using big e-commerce sites like Amazon or other large scale retail, you not only hurt small business, but end up with cheap quality products usually from China. Many of the products and brands we sell are proudly made in the USA with care & quality! 
• Health and Safety:
  • We prioritize health and safety. Please inform us of any health hazards or safety concerns in the pool area. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe. For example, please no smoking near us while we service your pool, not only is it a hazard around chemicals, we don’t want to breathe it.
  • It is critical for our safety to know of any aggressive or potentially mean animals/dogs you may have at home or visiting. Please ensure they are secured before we arrive for service.
• Service Cancellation: Cancellations or changes to scheduled services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial month service if canceled mid-cycle. You must cancel before your next due date. Please check with us first to make sure we have you canceled on time and appropriately to avoid fees.

Vacation/Holiday Breaks: Because we charge by the month and not by the week, there ends up being 4 free stops per year we don’t charge for. We take four weeks off per year for vacation/holidays.

• Payment Terms: Payment for pool services is due as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service interruptions and additional fees.

By using our pool services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. Please check in to this webpage every 6 months to a year in case of small revisions/corrections to this agreement as we see fit, or in the event of large scale changes that will impact customers, we will notify you as well.
